About Global Public Health

The Bachelor’s in Global Public Health at NOVA is Portugal’s first undergraduate degree fully dedicated to public and global health, and the only one in this field taught entirely in English.

Through the SUPERNOVA Foundation Programme, international students can secure direct admission to this three-year degree and begin their studies in Lisbon, one of Europe’s safest, sunniest and most vibrant capitals.

Students develop a comprehensive understanding of the determinants of health at local, national and global levels, gain the skills to design, implement and evaluate health policies and interventions, and strengthen their analytical, communication and leadership abilities for work in multicultural and multidisciplinary contexts.
