According to the student’s nationality or country of residence, the student must submit their visa application at the nearest Portuguese Embassy/Consulate, available at: https://portaldascomunidades.mne.gov.pt/pt/
It is important that the visa application is made in advance, as this document may take a few months to be issued and will make it impossible for the student to enter the country without it.
